Murray Alexander and Company (Guernsey) Limited is an independent consulting firm offering a broad range of advisory services to corporations and financial institutions principally invested and operating in the CEE. Its core activities are focused on the needs of clients wishing to create new entities or acquire, re-structure and re-position existing entities within emerging and transitional economies. Since 2000, the firm has undertaken mandates with leading groups in Austria, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Romania and Slovakia.
